STEP 1
Diagnose
Ten minutes of plain-language questions score your five sources of power — energy, intelligence, organisation, agency and meaning — and place you on the Flourishing Gradient.
STEP 2
Find the binding constraint
Because the sources multiply, the weakest one limits everything. The coach names it, cites the law behind it, and explains why it matters first.
STEP 3
Act on the vital few
You get two or three ranked moves from the tool library, not a long to-do list. Weekly check-ins keep them moving.
STEP 4
Verify the result
Log before-and-after numbers and evidence. Verified results become case studies — and, for funded work, release the next tranche.

Worked example: a community health programme

Goal: raise child vaccination coverage in a district from 61% to 85%.

Diagnosis: energy and meaning were strong; organisation was weakest — outreach days were not scheduled with village leaders.

Moves: a fixed monthly outreach calendar agreed with leaders, and a one-page tally sheet per visit.

Verification: monthly tallies logged as evidence; the funder sees the gate turn green before releasing the next tranche.
