What we collect
Your email address and optional display name; the world you work in; the initiatives, diagnoses, check-ins, commitments and coach conversations you create; and basic technical records needed to run and secure the service.
Why we collect it
To provide the diagnostic and coaching features, to keep your account secure, to send the reminder and transactional emails you have enabled, and to handle billing. We do not sell your data or use your initiative content for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you, and anyone you explicitly invite to an initiative or send a read-only link to. Our service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and the AI model provider that generates readings — process data on our instructions only.
Artificial intelligence
The text you submit for a diagnosis or coach reading is sent to our AI provider to produce that reading. It is not used to train public models. Scores and indices are computed by our own code, not invented by the model.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete an initiative, its diagnoses, check-ins and commitments go with it. When you delete your account, your content is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for optional emails at any time. Write to privacy@outcomespalace.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per user at the database level, and administrative access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
