Who we are
OutcomesPLANET is a realisation management service that helps individuals, organisations and institutions diagnose why intended results are not materialising and decide the next highest-yield move. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. One account is for one person; do not share sign-in details.
What the service does and does not do
OutcomesPLANET provides diagnostic readings, scores and prescriptions generated from the information you supply. These are decision aids, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You remain responsible for the decisions you take.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, process it and show it back to you and to people you explicitly invite or share a link with. We do not sell your content.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and handles tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis, to attack or overload the system, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what a paid plan provides.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we lawfully can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses.
